- * Check-in after 3.00pm. Please advise via whatsapp if your estimated arrival time is after 6pm.
- * Check-out is 12 noon. (after 12.00pm will added extra cost RM25/hour based on availability)

- * * The rates are per night stay and are applicable for to the specific maximum number of guests stated, for the comfort of the guests. If this requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made. We strictly do not allow day tripper.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. No Deposit refund after the booking payment has been made.
CHANGE OF DATE POLICY
All requests are subject to availablility and rate may vary and guests must pay the difference. A change of date request made via email or whatsapp less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, an administrative fee of 50% of the total booking rate will be imposed.
